I placed my order on Saturday. When can I expect my order to be shipped?
While we are open for a half day on Saturdays, we do not fill online orders on the weekends. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday through Sunday night will be received and processed on that following Monday.
All orders shipping to the lower 48 states include UPS Ground Shipping. Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Delays may occur due to the impact of Coronavirus on UPS services. We are unable to ship to California at this time. Some bruising may occur in transit.
Remember: Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will ship after the weekend on Monday.
I proceeded to checkout but noticed that my 20% off coupon didn’t come off my order. What should I do?
The 20% off coupon has to be applied manually. It will only work if you signed up for our newsletter and received the coupon code either via email or the page that comes up after you are signed up. How big are the apples that are in the assorted Tasty & Imperfect™ Apple boxes?
The apples in the assorted Tasty & Imperfect™ Apple boxes range from the mini size all the way up to our biggest apples, which can be bigger than the palm of your hand. The concept of the Tasty & Imperfect™ Apples is to stop this fruit from being thrown away and wasted. The apples that we pack in these loose packs have slight blemishes, odd discoloration, and even some weird shapes. When you order a box of the assorted Tasty & Imperfect™ pack, you are helping to save those apples from being wasted or thrown away, regardless of the size.
How many apples come in the Half Bushel Box of the Tasty & Imperfect™ loose packs? What about the 3/4 Bushel Box?
Since the sizes of the apples vary from each loose pack and a lot depends on what apples we are trying to save, we cannot accurately give a specific number of apples that are included. However, we can tell you that a Half Bushel Box ranges anywhere from 15lbs – 22lbs, give or take, depending on the apple variety and apples that are being saved. The 3/4 Bushel Boxes range anywhere from 27lbs – 34lbs, give or take. Both of these bushel box sizes are perfect for families, break rooms in the office, or sharing with neighbors/friends!
What does it mean to be a Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified business?
Pavero Apples is a Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified business, meaning we take cleanliness very seriously. Our apples are not only available online or in our shop, but also in grocery stores around the country. All of our grocery chain customers require some form of Food Safety Certification. Do you allow returns and/or exchanges?
Once apples have shipped from our facility all orders are final.
Once a product is ordered and shipped we cannot exchange any items for another item.
Apples cannot be returned to us. If returned, customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the cost of the product. Any returned apples will be discarded when we receive it.
How do I make an account?
Accounts can be made at any time in 2 different ways:

During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to create an account, or log in to an existing account, to make check out easier and faster.
- From the “My Account” page
The “Account” page is now linked in the main menu and you can visit this page to create a new account or log in to an existing account.
How do I update my account email address?
Log in and visit your account page. Click on “Account Details”. Edit your email address and click “Save changes”.
How do I change my account password?
Log in and visit your account page. Click on “Account Details”. Enter your current password and your new password twice, then click “Save changes”.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Visit the account page by clicking “My Account” in the main menu.
Am I required to have a Pavero Apple Account?
No. Accounts are not required to make a purchase. You can still check out as a guest.
Accounts do make check out convenient as you are able to store billing and shipping information to make purchasing easier. Also you will be able to see past orders.
How do I save a new payment method?
Log in and visit your account page. Click on “Payment Methods”. Click on “Add payment Method” to save a new payment method. You may add more than 1 payment method.
How Is my payment information saved?
All payment information is stored with Stripe our payment processor. We do not store your payment information on the Pavero Apple website. Why do we do this? Stripe is built to maintain very high standards of security for PCI compliance, including AES-256 encryption. (Learn more here: https://stripe.com/docs/security)
On top of Stripe’s high security we maintain an SSL certificate for the Pavero Apples website that encrypts all data being submitted.
How do I change/edit my billing and shipping address?
Log in and visit your account page. Click on “Addresses”. Click “edit” next to the address you would like to change.
How many shipping & billing addresses can I save?
Currently the Pavero Apples store has the ability to save 1 shipping address at a time. If you are making a purchase to send to a different address please enter it at check out.
How do I change my default payment method?
Log in and visit your account page. Click on “Payment Methods”. Click on “Make Default” next to the payment method you would like to set as the default.
How do I delete a payment method?
Log in and visit your account page. Click on “Payment Methods”. Click on “Delete” next to the payment method you would like to remove.
