Bartlett pears are the juiciest of pears. They are known for their aromatic, moist flesh along with a smooth texture. They are sweet, soft and delicious. Very popular for snacking and great for canning. When not fully ripe, Bartlett pears are crunchy and tart but will have a buttery texture once fully ripened.
